- What are ways in which you can bring evidence into your everyday practice?
- How does an EBP project travel through your institution? Identify the resources you have, and the resources you will need for your project.
- Create a “map” of your EBP journey with your mentor. Identify the team members you will need for success and a general timeline in which you plan to accomplish goals.
- Implement your “map”.
- Go forth and measure, measure and measure.
- Celebrate your successes!
