- Find out what quality improvement projects are underway in your facility or on your unit. What spurred these projects? What reports from the data or problem started the project(s)?
- What goals are being achieved by these projects? What is the evidence the participants in the project(s) are considering in order to determine if progress is being made?
- Join a QI team. Identify the process the team is using to achieve and maintain continuous improvement through ongoing monitoring and improvement activities.
